Our machines and systems are based on a wide range of linear gantries with multiple axes for handling tasks ranging from flat furniture parts to products of the most varied shapes and weights. Our flexible modular system allows the realisation of a wide variety of process sequences – even in the case of complex systems and difficult space conditions. Implementation in existing systems is also possible.
Maximum performance requires stable system design that also meets the highest performance standards in terms of speed and positioning accuracy. Our linear gantries set the benchmark in performance and speed.
For tasks involving up to six axes, we use robot technology provided by Kuka, Fanuc and ABB.
The workpiece conveyors in the FLEX and Shipping series complement our systems, offering maximum flexibility for handling individual workpieces and batch patterns of all kinds.
