Complex, ultra-modern machines and systems only achieve maximum performance if the control technology is cutting edge. All control processes and material flow controls are planned and created in our company in direct contact with the design department on state-of-the-art systems.
We use Eplan to configure the electrical layout, and we use the latest systems based on WinCC and TIA for the purpose of process visualisation.
Our design department has many years of experience in connecting shop floor control and PDA systems to higher-level control systems and host computers.
Using PLC control technology based on Siemens S7/TIA and PC technology, with current RFID technology and decentralised peripherals, as well as individual connections to SQL databases, we are able to implement complex control systems, too.
We use all common bus systems such as Profinet, Profibus and ASI for our machines and systems. Internal data communication is realised using wireless LAN.
